To add or amend your electricity tariff, follow these steps in the app:
- Tap the cog icon on the Zone screen.
- On the Zone Profile screen, scroll down to find the energy tariff section
- To add a new tariff, tap on 'Energy tariff.'
- To change an existing tariff, Select the Energy tariff, tap the bin icon in the top right corner to delete the current tariff, and then add a new one.
- Select your energy tariff and the name of your tariff from the dropdown menu, and tap 'Continue' to save it.
- If your tariff isn't listed, tap 'Add tariff manually.'
- Choose the tariff rate type: 'Dual Rate' or 'Single Rate.'
- Enter the required details, such as the day rate, night rate, and night start and end times for a dual rate, or the rate for a single rate tariff.
- Save and confirm your supplier and tariff rates and times.
