There are many reasons why your charger may not be charging. To ensure that your car is able to charge, please check the following:
- The cable is securely connected to both ends. It may take some force to connect it properly
- Make sure your charger is online. You can use the companion app Connect Miles
- In the Electric Miles app, check that your charger status is showing 'Ready to charge'
- Check that your EV car app settings do not conflict with the charging app
